NovelForge

NovelForge is my work-in-progress system for writing novel-length fiction with AI. It breaks a 100,000-word novel into a manageable pipeline: worldview and outline come first, chapters are generated and revised one by one, and a consistency memory layer keeps characters, timelines and foreshadowing from drifting. A companion agent workflow handles research, style calibration and AIGC-detection alignment. Two full-length novels are planned.
